Delete Your Data

This action is permanent. Once your data deletion request is processed, your account, profile, content, and associated personal data will be permanently removed from UECampus. This cannot be undone. Please make sure you want to proceed before submitting a request.

How to Request Data Deletion

Via Your Account

Log in to UECampus, go to Settings → Privacy → Delete My Account to submit a deletion request directly.

Send a deletion request email from your registered address with subject "Data Deletion Request".

What Happens Next

Request Received

We receive your deletion request and send a confirmation email to your registered address within 24 hours.

Identity Verification

To protect your account, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing the deletion. This ensures no one else can delete your data.

Processing Begins

Your account is deactivated immediately and data deletion begins. Your data becomes inaccessible to other users right away.

Deletion Complete

All personal data is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days. You will receive a final confirmation email once deletion is complete.
